Di Biase a passion for mushrooms 

For decades the company Di Biase works of fresh wild mushrooms, dried and frozen. 
The favorite is definitely the porcini mushroom, which with its aroma and its unique features can transform any dish into a delicacy.
To meet every culinary need, porcini mushrooms can be processed whole, diced or stacked, without losing its unique quality. But the range is quite large and, besides the "king boletus', is enriched with other fungal types (champignons, honey and mixed mushrooms), as well as very natural woodland products such as wild berries, strawberries, asparagus and frozen roast chestnuts.
The brand used for packaging is 'Di Biase' even if you do not exclude the possibility of private label manufacturing.
The frozen mushrooms are available in gr format. 1000 intended for catering and in two formats for the retail channel 300 and 450 gr.
