He was the founder Mario Boni to achieve at the beginning of the last century, one of the first dairies in the province of Parma. In 1951 his son Oddone moved the company to Colorno production at that time was 15/20 forms per day. In 1974 it was opened to Bezze another factory with offices and a warehouse of seasoning. In the eighties, the company began marketing Grana Padano. It's 1986 transformation into a joint, followed three years later since the vacuum packaging. In 1998 Renato Boni, grandson of the founder, decided to acquire a farm that stretches for 350 hectares: the objective was to improve quality and productivity of Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain. Today, the fourth generation, Boni SpA confirms its presence in the industry with a 2011 turnover of 135 million Euros.
