Mozzarella pizza indispensable

The company Tecali SL, founded in 1993, established Camino Real 215, El Ortigal, La Laguna (S/C Tenerife) has been a pioneer in the field of production of dairy products like mozzarella and ricotta. Since 2003 he has specialized in producing product for pizza. It has achieved a high standard of quality reaching the IFS certification in 2012, demonstrating the high level of "best management practices" and has acquired a highly qualified as chemical, microbiologist and veterinary employees. The mozzarella is a fresh cheese course of Italian origin pasta, made from pasteurized cow's milk. Cottage cheese is a dairy product that is obtained from whey resulting from the coagulation of milk in the cheese making process. The raw material used for making mozzarella in Tecali is exclusively cow's milk produced in Tenerife and used 12,000 liters per week. Production of mozzarella and curd time is performed twice a week and continue to rise if the order is probably three times a week. The mozzarella is advisable to consume at room temperature. Tecali also produces Dulce de Leche and production is increasing.
