 Ingredients for pasta pasticciata (serves 4)

300 gr. of ground beef, 500 ml of milk, 50 grams of flour, 50 g butter, 250 grams of pasta, 800 gr of tomato sauce, half onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery, 2 tablespoons olive oil, half a glass of red wine, grated cheese, 2 mozzarella, nutmeg, salt, pepper, chili pepper
