 granpesto Genovese worked in aseptic 60 g.

 extra virgin olive oil bottle Riviera


CARCIOFI ALLA ROMANA

 Ingredients:

 8 artichokes

 1 lemon

 chopped fresh mint

 50 gr. breadcrumbs

 1 clove of garlic

 Salt and freshly solid

 4-5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  500 gr. beef scallops,

  60 gr. butter

  30 gr. flour

  a tablet of broth

  30 gr. butter

  1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar,

  100 ml marsala wine (you can use a sherry, port, sherry) salt, pepper

 


VITELLO TONNATO

  700 gr. from beef (fillet or thigh)

  olive oil

  500 ml dry white wine

  salt and pepper

  2 bay leaves

  2 celery tallones

  1 clove of garlic

  2 egg yolks

  200 ml. of extra virgin olive oil

  the juice of a lemon

  200 gr. tuna in oil

  2 fillets of anchovies crushed

  2 tablespoons capers

 chili pepper for garnish
